We value your trust in our themes, and we care for our customers, which is why it gives us immense delight to offer timely, friendly, and world-class support.

Support Medium

We offer our support to the customers only via support tickets and email. We don’t provide phone support, live chat, or social media support (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc.). We recommend you go through our theme documentation and knowledge base before you submit any support requests to our team.

Support Hours

We try to get back to our customers as soon as possible. Our team works their best to sort all your queries within the next business day. However, support is limited on weekends and holidays. Nepal’s standard time zone from Coordinated Universal Time (UTC) is +5:45. Our official support time duration is from 11:15 PM to 7:15 AM EST.

Support Covers

Our support is reserved for the products of BlocksKit only. We are more than happy to help with theme installation, theme setup, and making the theme work as we have promised.

If you find any of the features missing or not working as shown on the demo site or as advertised, you can reach out to our support team. They will help you sort and solve the issue.

We test our themes several times before making them available to the public, but we are only humans and are fallible at times. So, if you find any issue or bug in our themes, please report them to us without hesitation. We will fix them for you promptly and also include them in our future updates.

We want our themes to work the best for you, and we do our best to make sure of it. So, even if your problem is not directly related to our products, we will at least set you in the right direction.

Support Doesn’t Cover

We don’t provide support for the issues caused or related by the use of third-party themes, plugins, or scripts. If you are having any issues with your third-party products, we recommend you contact the respective product author for support.

We also don’t cover the support for theme customization services such as adding or removing features, elements, etc. If you do need customized experience, we may offer you our service for an added cost.


Our support does not cover customization and custom development. If you need some added features or elements to our themes, you can contact us via Customization Service Page. However, we do not provide customization services for the themes and products developed by other developers.

Voided Support

Our support is automatically forfeited or voided if:

You make custom changes to the theme’s PHP files, and doing so breaks your website.
You personalize the theme beyond minor color and font adjustments.
BlocksKit reserves the right to modify our Support Policy from time to time without giving out any prior notice to the users. So, make sure that you are well aware of the changes.
