First of all thank you for purchasing Blockskit Pro. There are multiple ways to download Blockskit Pro.
By Confirmation Email (Method 1):
First and easy way is through email. Once you purchase Blockskit Pro you will receive an email containing all the necessary information and a downloadable link to the registered email address.
By Users Dashboard (Method 2):
If you need to access the plugin file or any other information, you can log in to your user dashboard from Account. If you haven’t received a login password, you can set one by clicking on the “Never received your password?” link. Once logged in, you will be able to navigate to the download section and download the theme file.
While you purchase our product you will receive confirmation and invoice email in the email address you used while purchasing our product. This email contains license key, invoice pdf, product download link among other details.
But sometimes buyers do not receive those email due to various reason. Some reason might be following:
1. Email might land in spam folder.
2. Invalid email used during purchase.
3. System failure during purchase.
In any case we assure that we keep record of all purchases in our system.
First please make sure to check spam folder. If it’s not there then we can help you recover those information and send back to you. For this you can use our support form. Fill up the form and email field please use different email other than you used during purchase. Make sure the email is working. In “Give us more detail *” field please fill the email address you used during purchase. This will help is to track the record. Then submit the form.
Once we verify the email we will track the record and will send you the confirmation email with all details. Email might land on your spam folder of your email address so please make sure to check it.
Absolutely! You can upgrade your license by paying the difference amount. You can upgrade it from your Account
Yes, we provide a purchase confirmation email which includes the invoice for your records. Additionally, you can download the invoice at any time through your Account
We build all our products with extreme care and caution. In any case that the product(s) you purchased from us didn’t work as advertised or as shown on our demo site and we couldn’t resolve the issue for some reason, we will offer a full money refund within the 14 days of the product(s) purchase. Technical FAQs
All of our themes are Compatible to WordPress Full Site Editor (FSE or Gutenberg). So in new versions of WordPress you will notice that you can’t find Customizer, Widget and Menu options. All options are moved to new full site editor.
This means everything is now blocks and blocks will help you update settings too. Like if you want to update logo then there is a site logo block. If you want to add menu then there is navigation block. And there are tons of blocks that are similar to widget but have advance options.
If you are from WordPress classic editor and theme background then it might be little bit overwhelming for you but eventually you will find FSE more comfortable and useful.
In our free and pro version of BlocksKit you can access multiple demo and import it to your site. Importing demo is very straightforward and can be done within few steps.

But some time you might encounter some issue while importing demo. Common issue is after starting demo import the loader keeps on loading for infinite period. If this happens then we recommend to follow the given steps.
Deactivate all plugins except Advanced Import, Starter Sites Import (and Blockskit Pro):
This is the first step you need to do before trying to import again. Having many plugins in your site increases the risk of plugin conflict. We found that many users face import issues due to plugin conflict. So deactivating other plugins would help you import the demo smoothly. Generally we found conflict with Jetpack and BlueHost pre-installed plugins and once plugins are deactivated import is working fine. Once import is completed then you can activate required plugins.
I’ve deactivated all plugins ( except above list ) but still there is an issue!
Ok so this would be a matter of investigation and we would be needing access to your site so that we can solve the issue. Please send us the following login details in product support form.
1. Send us link or Name or screenshot of demo you want to import.
2. Temporary login to your site dashboard with Administrator role
3. FTP access to your WordPress setup.

To edit the header and footer template parts from the WordPress dashboard, follow these steps:
1. Log in to your WordPress admin dashboard.
2. Go to “Appearance” and select “Editor”.
3. In the site editor, locate the template parts > header or footer section. It labeled as “Header” and “Footer”.
4. Click on the header or footer section to expand it and reveal its content.
5. Customize the header or footer: You can add, remove, or modify blocks within the header or footer section. You can also adjust the styling, layout, and content as needed using the block editor interface.
6. Preview and publish your changes: After making the desired edits, use the preview button to see how your changes will look on the front-end of your website. If you’re satisfied with the changes, click the “Publish” button to apply the changes and update your header or footer.
To change global styles from the WordPress dashboard, follow these steps:
1. Log in to your WordPress admin dashboard.
2. Go to “Appearance” and select “Editor”.
3. Click on the Styles button (top right corner), then you can see the Browse Styles, Typography, Color and Site Layouts options to modify.
