We only take feature requests from users using Pro version of the plugin. Although the feature implementation is not absolute, the implementation will depend on the feasibility of the feature technically and the scope of the feature. Our technical team will have the final say on the feature being implemented or not.
BlocksKit has a Pro version Blockskit Pro. Pro version will provide you with many advantages in support as well as adding more Starter Sites and features.
A Pro subscription includes a Blockskit Pro license which gets you the following…
Perpetual Use of Blockskit Pro: You can use the plugin for as long as you like. Even after the subscription expires, you can continue using the plugin without updates. However, this is not recommended as we send new features and security updates via plugin updates.
All services and features: This includes access to our all starter sites and any other services that we offer. With a yearly subscription, you will have access for one year, while a lifetime subscription provides access for the lifetime of the product.
Updates to Blockskit Pro: With either a yearly or lifetime subscription, you will receive the latest versions and updates to all our features. The yearly subscription grants you access for one year, while the lifetime subscription ensures access for the entire lifetime of the product.
Priority Support: Please note that we prioritize tickets from Pro plugin users and aim to address their inquiries first before attending to those from free theme users. For more detailed information, you can refer to our Support Policy for further clarification.
In short, we’d strongly discourage you from doing the following:
1. Sharing your license number/info with anyone who is not covered specifically by your license’s details (e.g. people not at your company).
2. Sharing your account information/access with anyone who is not covered specifically by your license’s details.
3. Being rude, offensive, or disruptive to the BlocksKit community and support team.
4. Any cases of the above may result in account suspension, loss of access to BlocksKit Pro assets, and/or legal action. If there’s something you want to do with BlocksKit that you’re not sure is cool, contact us. We’d rather talk than triage trouble.
When your subscription ends, you’ll have a perpetual license to use Blockskit Pro for the latest version while your subscription was active. Just sign in to your account to download. However, you will lose access to new features, pro starter sites, plugin updates and priority support.
